The company had already expanded into Vermont, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Maine, and Florida, known for successfully integrating acquisitions like ServiceMaster Upstate New York.

Serving clients in aerospace, healthcare, manufacturing, and technology sectors, Ascent provides time-critical shipments through air charter, expedited ground, and courier solutions.

The transaction represents the first add-on acquisition for Keystone’s portfolio company VDA, Inc., a specialist in vertical transportation consulting.
